APNQ 2008 Quiltfest Hotel Registration Form

 

Thank you for allowing Carlson Wagonlit Travel to assist you with your 2008 APNQ Quiltfest Hotel Registration.

The Quiltfest takes place from August 8th through 10th, 2008 at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center in Seattle, Washington, USA. We would also like to invite you to join us after the Quiltfest for the APNQ/Quilt Camps at Sea Alaska Quilting Cruise from August 10-17, sailing from Seattle on the Holland America Westerdam. Hotel rates shown in the form below are per room as listed, set by the hotel for Quiltfest guests, but do not include taxes. The hotels charge a fee of $50-$100 for early check-out unless 72 hours notice is given prior to check-in of any change of planned length of stay.

Terms & conditions: Rates are valid from 3 days prior to through 3 days following the 2008 APNQ Quiltfest contracted arrival and departure dates upon availability. Reservations are due 7/6/2008. Rooms are subject to Washington state & local taxes, currently at 15.6%. Guests wishing to avoid early checkout fees of $50 or $100 must give at least 72 hours notice prior to check-in if making any changes to their planned length of stay.
